Samsung Galaxy S2 USB problems.?

When I connect my Samsung Galaxy S2 to my laptop via USB, my laptop says that the USB can not be recognised. However my phone still charges and manages to connect.

    Download Samsung Kies from Samsung's website. It will load the USB drivers for your phone.
