Did I eat too much today?

Breakfast: a scrambled egg, piece of Monterey Jack cheese, and Plain English muffin

***skied for 2.5 hours (plus chair lift rides)...It was -8 outside so it got really cold.

Snack: hot cocoa to warm up in the middle of our skiing

Lunch: 8 rice crackers with Monterey Jack cheese

****biked 6 miles in 30 mins, swam 20 laps in a large pool

Snack: oats and honey nature valley bar

Dinner: 2 slices of cheese pizza, garden salad

    no way are you kidding i eat 5 meals a day and there usually like 900 calories each so ur all good

    Great eating habits, if you eat a little bit over than it might be a good thing because your food choice is great and you were exercising. Don't even worry I eat 4-5 meals a day with snacks inbetween every one. It's all about food choice and activity then it doesn't matter how much you eat.

    That's not a lot of food. It's better than eating junk food
