Everyone is different even with Eczema.

Do a patch test near the area (place a bit of the bleach there if it burns then do not cover the rest) you should always do a patch test 48 hours before dying your hair.

You can always try it, if it starts to burn remove it straight away.

Do not apply any bleach if the area is extremely sore and inflamed.

I have psoriasis which is similar to what you have and dying my hair actually helps it.

Talk to your doctor about that, Cause If you do so then it might cause some irritation cause dye have chemicals in it !

I would not recommend it. Instead, put a teaspoon of Honey in your conditioner. This will naturally lighten your hair!
