Hadeel start your process for immigrating with the government visa office.Using agents that promise this or that is full of fraud and you may loose your money.

For Lebanon the office is here.

    http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/lebanon-liban...

This is the link for a business immigrant the minimum $800,000 is the starting price.

Just meeting the minimums does not give you a visa.

There are many requirements and many applicants for a limited number of visas . What makes you better than the other applicants. Good Luck it is more than just the minimums for both a business visa or student visa.

Just going to school in Canada does not allow you to stay but it can help in getting permanent residence depending on what you study. Information is on the site I give you above

WARNING there is much fraud in the area.

There is only one office in Beirut for visas.

There is no such thing as a business visa in Canada.

If you are from a visa exempt country, you may enter Canada for the purposes by attending trade shows, negotiating contracts, training (under 3 months), buying and selling, marketing related tasks, etc. You must be employed by a non-Canadian entity and may not be paid money by anyone in Canada. If you are from a non-visa-exempt country, your can do the same activities provided you have a temporary residency (tourist) visa.

If you wish to be employed by a Canadian company, you require a work permit. This isn't a matter of money, its a matter of having a job offer from a Canadian company which has obtained permission to hire foreign workers. That company must obtain a labour market opinion (LMO) report from HRSDC. LMOs are only issued for either highly skilled professions (doctors, engineers, nurses, specialized trades, etc.) or highly temporary jobs (seasonal farm workers, some ski resorts, remote hotels, etc.) When you have the job offer and LMO, you can apply for a work permit. You typically require six months of savings ($13,000 or so) as proof you can support yourself during the move. Work permits are temporary -- lasting a few years or until your job ends.

In order to apply for a study permit, you must have applied to and been accepted by a Canadian university, college, or other school which accepts foreign students. With living costs a typical undergraduate degree will run around $40,000 per year, while some trade programs maybe $30,000 per year. Study permits are non-immigration visas. When your program ends you must leave Canada. In addition, when applying you must show proof that you will leave Canada when your studies are over -- family ties, property, job prospects, etc.

For business, if you arrive in Canada with CAD 1.5 M and promise to start a company, employing 3 Canadians after one year, you are welcome.

As a student, you have to be accepted by a Canadian university, your choice here:

    http://www.aucc.ca/canadian-universities/our-unive...

After your acceptance, the university will assist with obtaining a student permit. That costs in the order of CAD 200. To study, you need to pay your tuition and living costs, anything from CAD 30,000 to CAD 60,000 per year, depending on the institution. To get a visa for one year, you must prove that you have that much money available, for a three year visa, you need to prove that you have it all.

You may be allowed to apply for Permanent Residence status after you have completed a three year graduate university program, allowing you to stay and work in Canada, furthering your career. Read about student visas here:
