To get a Google Places page, perhaps the single most valuable local search asset, you must have a business street address, if already in other online directory, yellow page sites it would probably already have a generic page made by Google, "claiming" the page as the verified business owner allows you to edit and add more text, photos and video.

Search engines appear to mainly rely on your contact us page address on your business site and in various business directories to determine your location and the local searches you should appear in.

I found my way to your site, I see it shows up in some directories like Yelp

I don't like the unconventional single line, no comma address format displayed on your site, at least make it like an envelope address on the Contact Us page, again it's important to consistently use the same conventional address format everywhere so search engines can match all references to the same shop. Be sure the online listing have been notified of the address change hat is probably a significant issue.

The first (A) result for a Google search of: Eye Lashes Marysville WA

It might be helpful to add more text in the Google+ page, maybe review the categories you checked off, but it looks like you are doing the right thing.
