Can i fly a medium to large jet in fsx without ATC keep bugging me ?
Is it possible to fly without ATC keeping on interupting me to 'do this' and 'do that' every 5 minutes ? this would specially be convenient for long haul flights for example: London Heathrow to Japan or London Heathrow to Manchester ?
What I sometimes do is fly the GPS path so ATC dont keep interupting me, then at 25 miles I summon ATC to give me directions to land (coz GPS wont land me on the runway) but after contacting ATC they throw me of the GPS path and I have to do another 24 miles to get to the runway.

Flying VFR No one talks to you. But finding out trying to land at the said airport and Tower ATC say's to you denied airport is current IFR!
1. on your preflight planed map Set to GPS Look red line for the VORS 150 Miles away from Take off point. The nearest to red or even on top of it. the better. add it to the route. Next go to your Landing Airport. Find a VOR on or near the red Line Mark that one 150 Miles out.
What happens you take off under IFR follow to the first VOR by this time your Flt Alt. You must contact ATC one last time once you pass this VOR. when the do contact and tell you go to the next. reply contact 231.4 or reply the don't contact now just let it fly once you get near the next VOR 150 Miles out contact ATC. Before the VOR and they will not send you all over the place.
2. If you know the winds at the landing Airport you know what runway you can plan on.
You can use the GPS to line you up with the given runway. You can Use a STARS Approach by dragging the red line to the points on the chart to the said runway. Or set up the GPS for a ILS Approach. But Before you land make sure its going to be the right runway, it can be the other end.
so check ATIS. And preplan you RNAV and the Aircraft will auto land on said runway.
