i filed my return single head of?

household and i claimed my daughter as a dependent which she is. thing is, she is $177 past due on her student loan. can they withhold my refund because of her past due loan? i'm not on her loan, only she is.

    NO, they can't hold your refund for her debt.

    No. They can withhold HER refund, if she's expecting one, but not yours.
