how do i gain weight?
a little back ground. ever since I quit drinking beer about 4 years ago I've been losing weight. i'm 67, I get up at 1:30 a.m. to go to work. I work 4 hours, hard physical labor. I think I burn more calories than I take in, are there any dietary supplements that can help me put the pounds back on? thanks.

7 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs9 years agoneed an outsiders opinion/advice?
i had my ex-wife's cousin and his 11 yr old daughter living here, helping them out in hard times. long story short, he attacked myself (i'm a 65 yr old male), my 18 yr old daughter and her boyfriend. he choked all of us, slammed us against the walls, grabbing us by the throat. he's in jail on a $33,000 cash only bail. charged with 2 felonies, domestic battery by strangulation and 1 misdemeanor battery by strangulation. his girlfriend asked me if i would drop the charges and the restraining order. i told her i don't think i can drop the charges even if i wanted to. the police didn't ask us if we wanted to press charges, they just took him straight to jail that night. given his criminal history, 2 previous violent felonies, he could very easily be looking at life (this is a 3 strikes state). my quandary, i really don't want him to go to prison, lose his daughter and basically ruin his life over a situation that got totally out of hand because i asked him for rent $. my daughter is scared to death of him now, says it's not her problem and wants him to go to prison. i can see her point but i can also see my point. any advice/opinions are appreciated.
