how do i gain weight?
a little back ground. ever since I quit drinking beer about 4 years ago I've been losing weight. i'm 67, I get up at 1:30 a.m. to go to work. I work 4 hours, hard physical labor. I think I burn more calories than I take in, are there any dietary supplements that can help me put the pounds back on? thanks.

Eat a very high calorie meal, then wait for 24 hours to eat again. When you don't eat for extended periods of time, your body thinks its starving and preserves your muscle and fat. I hope this helped.

Pure carb protien shakes are always good :) try and get one that's 80% carb and 20% protien, they work the best :)
