Reinstalling Windows 7?

Soon I will be upgrading my computer (It's around 5 years old now). As most of the hardware will be different (new mobo, processor, ram, hdd, graphic card.) I will need to re install windows 7. The Windows 7 is an OEM i purchased off Newegg, and I was wondering if I would run into any problems reactivating or installing windows 7 once I build the new computer. (My plan is to Install windows 7, on the new hdd then boot up and get the files from the old hd *with windows 7 still installed on it* then format the old hdd.) Any thoughts?

the OEM version will only install on the one computer. it's not a reusable version.
