Pressure treated wood for bird houses?

I would like to know if it is OK to use pressure treated wood for bird house construction. I have heard it is bad for birds, however I also learned that arsenic is not used anymore in the process. Does anyone know?

Update:

This is for wild birds that live out side. I forgot to mention that.

He's 10 they're more often than not simply his buddies. Stop reading too much into it, if they're those sort of calls why does your son supply out your number and consider this is ok? Take some responsibility and exhibit the boy some morals alternatively of coming to Yahoo talking nonsense, how old are you? 15? Performing like a child.

If in doubt, why risk it? Use cedar or teak or another weather=resistant wood.
