My Apple Product is taking forever to process!?
I brought an Apple Macbook Pro 15" with pages, numbers and keynote getting pre-installed. I order this product on the 16/02/13 and still says it processing. What could be the cause and how long will it take?

Four days is not a long time for processing. Keep in mind that each order is custom-manufactured to spec, then packaged, sent through a warehouse, packaged again, and labelled for delivery. It's a long process and can take UP TO a week. 4 Days is about average. It seems long because of the anticipation. Trust me. I bought my 15 inch retina over the summer, and the two week shipping seemed like an eternity.

In my opinion, you will get it soon in a day or two. Apple is good in delivering their products. They Good luck.
