The inequality boils down to finding n such that
3n + 17 >= 3n + 14
which is always true, so every value of n is a solution.
If you want you can plot the lines 3n + 17 and 3n + 14. We are interested in the values of n for which the first line lies above the second, but it should be immediately clear that the first line always lies above the second as they are parallel.
