NO!
Absolutely, positively, with 100% certainty - NO!
How can I be so sure? Because of scientific facts. It is a fact that everybody has sleep paralysis every time they sleep. You are just not aware of it. When you go into REM sleep your body releases metabotropic GABAB and ionotropic GABAA/glycine. These chemicals help prevent you from kicking and thrashing about when you dream. Its called atony. Otherwise you'd be a mess every time you have a dream.
In a lucid dream you are aware when you are in a dream. So in a lucid dream you can take advantage of the weirdness factors in dreams. For instance, you can teach yourself to fly in your dreams, you can move objects with your thoughts, you can pass through walls, you can vanquish dream monsters, and summon people you want in your dreams. Your dream is still a product of your subconscious so do you do not have full control of your dream only parts of it.
So let's say you are in REM sleep and having a lucid dream. You realize you are in a dream and you try to force yourself awake. All you manage to do is open you eyes. Now you are in REM sleep with your eyes open, and your body is still in atony. This is classical sleep paralysis. You are still able to have a dream sequence. So your subconscious produces a dream and now you can see your dream with your eyes open. Some times this gets scary, especially if your dream with your eyes open is a nightmare.
See links below for more information. However, be mindful that this is natural and NOT DEMONIC.

Its not demonic. Your brother probably said that because when some people go into SP they hallucinate and see demonic things. The hallucination makes you believe that the demon has control over you and is preventing you from moving.
But, that's not true SP is a natural stage in the sleep process, its just that your not supposed to be wake when it happens. So its not demonic.
Personal I believe that SP is the bride between the "spirit world". And I also believe in demons(demons don't have control over you). But that's just me.

I have had a time were I was sleeping on the couch and I woke up with my eyes slightly open unable to move. I doubt that its a demonic force. It probly has something to do with bad sleep habits like not enough sleep. I thought it was pretty cool but I guess I'm alone on that. :)

I have the same experience as yours. I even dreamed about jesus introducing me to a guy and when i shake my hands with that person i started to feel like my body was being electrified and then evil voices where laughing and mocking me. It was really scary. I dont think sp is demonic some people say its normal to feel this kind of presence but i knownits very scary.

No it's not demonic.
When you go through sleep paralysis. Just wiggle your toes and you'll leave the paralyzed state.

It is not demonic. "fell through the bed" is a normal experience when you are on the boundary of sleep and wakefulness.
