Okay, first off.. a little more info. Make, Model and year of car and why you changed the throttle body in the first place. Right off the top of my head I would say a gasket problem or vacuum leak, but that is a guess with no other info.

when replacing the throttle body make sure you clean the area where the new gasket is to be install and tightened properly and all lines is connected.

I actually have a 2006 Civic EX...we've the comparable motor, and that i understand alot approximately those autos. My answer: its a Honda...they do purely that, and at 56k you need to have no complication with your motor yet. 120k you will choose a valve job (cleansing, porting). And its no longer the motor mounts. And the only reason it is going away once you place it in impartial is reason engine load is decreased. and you dont choose spark plugs in this motor till 100k. I purely regarded into that myself. those autos are rather properly belt. Im specific each and every little thing is nice, undergo in ideas, its a Honda, they do purely that. each and every producer has diverse "issues" that their autos will do...its kinda like their signature or DNA.
