Vertigo and eyes moving uncontrollably?
I'm a 15 year old boy and just 5 minutes ago, I started to feel like everything was moving and spinning and then my eyes started to move left to right really fast and I couldn't stop it and I felt fatigue. I started to panic cause i thought I was dying or something I'm really scared now :( it's gone but I'm scared it would come back :( I remember having this when I was 12 but this time it wasn't so bad. Please help?! By the way I do have anxiety disorders but I don't think that could be the issue?
Thank you so much! I was so worried! I know about nystagmus but I just don't understand the dizziness part but anyways thank! That made me feel much better :)

If your eyes were shaking left to right back and forth quickly it is like Nystagmus, which is the involuntary muscles of the eyes. nothing to worry about, but it can make your vision a bit blurred, it can be cause by stress, tiredness, or anxiety, but it can happened all the time in some people. Some people with Nystagmus think everything is moving about.
I've had Nystagmus since birth, it is nothing to panic about, it is only the muscles of your eyes.
But your anxiety and fears take over and this can cause the problem seem a lot worse. You won't die from it, it is the anxiety making you feel that way.

Calm down, you have nothing to be afraid of. You had nystagmus. This can be normal or pathological. This is seen in healthy people because when you spin around in one spot and then stop and look at yourself in the mirror, your eyes move side to side. It also happens when cold water is put in the ear (but you obviously shouldn't do that). However, if this just happened out of the blue, see a doctor to rule out any pathology.
