Vertigo and eyes moving uncontrollably?
I'm a 15 year old boy and just 5 minutes ago, I started to feel like everything was moving and spinning and then my eyes started to move left to right really fast and I couldn't stop it and I felt fatigue. I started to panic cause i thought I was dying or something I'm really scared now :( it's gone but I'm scared it would come back :( I remember having this when I was 12 but this time it wasn't so bad. Please help?! By the way I do have anxiety disorders but I don't think that could be the issue?

Calm down, you have nothing to be afraid of. You had nystagmus. This can be normal or pathological. This is seen in healthy people because when you spin around in one spot and then stop and look at yourself in the mirror, your eyes move side to side. It also happens when cold water is put in the ear (but you obviously shouldn't do that). However, if this just happened out of the blue, see a doctor to rule out any pathology.
