How do you add the 'Pictures of me' on your Tumblr Blog?

There are two ways.

1. First, post pictures of yourself regularly. So just click new photo at the top and upload a photo, simple. But also tag the pictures with something like "me", or "my face". You can pick what to tag it as, but let's say you tag the pictures as "face". Then you would just add the html code for links in your description. Example: a href="http://yoururlhere.tumblr.com/tagged/face%22%3EMy face</a>

You can copy and paste that exactly in your description, just replace yoururlhere with your actual url and you can also optionally change my face to whatever you want it to say (such as self, appearance, me, etc.). Also if you didn't choose "face" to tag your pictures with then you would just change tagged/face to tagged/whateveryouchosetoputhere. And there you have it. Hope this made sense to you.

2. Another way is to create a new page. You can do so by going into customize mode and then scrolling down all the way to the bottom at the left side. There you can click add a page. Another window will pop up. In it you can edit what is on that page. For page url, you are going to type something like me, or face, whatever you want the url to be. Your blog url will already be before that so all you have to type is what you're going to call the page. Page title: Basically the same thing. Just put something like me, face, etc. Don't worry about "show a link to this page" just leave that unchecked. Then for the body, you don't have to type anything. Right on top of the body space there will be an option to +upload a photo. Click on that and then just keep on uploading whatever pictures of you that you want from your computer. To put a link to it you put: a href="http://yoururlhere.tumblr.com/me%22%3EMy face</a>. So just copy and paste that into your description and once again just replace what you need to.
