Is being Free to Choose an important part of liberty?
If so, why do we restrict business so much?
@Sad Mitt, the consumer would have the right to buy whatever he would like to buy, exercising his freedom of choice. If the Chinese made fake medicine they would be labeled as fraud and deserve to be punished. We impose so many permits and red tape on business it is going bananas. Consumers should be able to buy whatever they want, as risk is an important part in Capitalism. No one forces you to buy anything. People sell great things because they want people to buy it, if they sold crap no one would want to buy it.

restriction come because of corrupt government, in fact one could legitimately call Obama a "domestic enemy". he has refused the powers of congress saying he only needs united nations authority to go to war. which means, we no longer live in the land of the free but we live under martial law of the united nations treaty. which means also, bush is a traitor for signing the patriot acts. and every senator that signed it too.
we the people are the government, we are soveriegn people, but if WE the people do not particpate, and get rid of all these traitors, we will have united nations and foreign troops on our soils and 35 million people will die. so for freedom to exist, we need to be united, united against criminal politicians who embezzle 16 trillion dollars of tax payer monies. who subsidize food corporations that literally poison the food we eat. We need to be united and call our troops from around the world back home, and get rid of gun bans of all types.
we need unity to overcome race wars, and hatred, and civil wars we need to ban any government drones and TSA, otherwise with the 2 billion bullets the government purchased the TSA will be armed and will be worse than nazi germany. we need to put in jail all security armies that do not make oaths to the U.S constitution and repeal all treaties that undermine the constitution.

OK Alex, I'll bite...
Why don't you give us some examples of restrictions that have been placed on business that are hindering their "freedom to choose"?
Or did you mean the consumers' "right to choose"? Maybe we should just let China flood our pharmaceutical markets with fake medicines, and if the consumers who take them die, they can then freely choose not to buy them anymore, right?
Are you a troll? Or just a fool?

Free to choose is fine but rules need to be set laissez faire is utopian and outdated ideals would not work.
