how many types of amino acids, monosaccharides, and fatty acids are there?

i can't find this info anywhere!

i know that there's 20 amino acids, but that is just for humans...so how many are there naturally?

    You can have infinitely many. It just depends on how they're made. Add more carbons, you have a brand new one.
