Who here thinks the new Yahoo Homepage sucks?

SUCKS BIG TIME

Actually, I can see that the new Yahoo Homepage is still better than the push-advertising slowness of the competitive Microshift and Goggle products. It just needs a serious tune up. I can get all the cells in Tech, for instance, by going to IE Tools and reducing the Zoom to 50%. Where it needs a tune up is that too many of celled stories are not tech at all but stories about celebrities and sports with no relationship to tech. Get the right stories under the right headings and all and the new Yahoo Homepage is fine, just unfamiliar for those of us who use laptops and desktops. I cannot speak for Smartphone users since I ditched cell phones the day I retired from contract engineering for S.F. Bay Area telephone companies. Some of the prototype infrastructure was my design.

I think pretty much everyone does. I've noticed that a lot of the comments on the news articles has really declined. I'm hoping once they see people are not using their site as much, they'll change it back. But that would require some common sense so it's up in the air at this point.

If you want, try yahoo Canada. it's still normal.

It SUCKS! My portfolios used to be displayed. A quick glance was all it took, now I can't even find them. Been using Yahoo for 14 years. What a pain in the butt to have to change to something else.

Their idea of what constitutes "news" is based on the assumption that people on Yahoo are morons who would think a story about Beyonce and JayZ is just as important as a story about ISIS or the Ebola crisis.

Why don't they let people decide what they want? Not Force-feed this Sucky New Homepage down our throats. Then they wonder, "Why are people not coming back to Yahoo?" Lol

Everyone start using ca.yahoo.com! This is the Canada Yahoo site. It has the original home webpage we are all used to. This will prove to yahoo that we want our old home page back.

Agreed! It's too busy and looks immature. But if your on Ritalin, then everything's good when viewing the site :) If this is the way it will be, then my 10 plus years of using Yahoo are OVER.

It's a complete disaster. Yahoo must hate their faithful users. How much $$$ do they waste paying some imbecile to dream this crap up? If it isn't broke DON'T FIX IT!!!!! Change it back

I think Yahoo should rename itself to Yahoo-1. Meanwhile Google will be getting a lot of +1s now!
