how to make yourself throw up?

If you ate something poisonous, call your Poison Control Center because some things you aren't supposed to make yourself throw up or it can make it worse.

If you are trying to throw up so you don't gain weight - a very bad idea. People have died because they started and didn't know when to quit.

Also, if you constantly throw up your food to lose weight, all the acid coming up from your stomach eats away at the coating on your teeth and will leave your teeth pitted, brown and ugly. Do you really want that?

I don't know of any other reason why you might want to make yourself throw up. If it is about your weight, please go talk to your parents and ask them for help. If they won't help you, ask your teacher (if you are a minor) or call the Crisis Hot Line for help.

You are not how fat or thin you are. You are what is INSIDE and that's important to accept.

There is a medicine that you can take to help you. I think it is called up chuck and you can get it from any pharmacy. If you can't use your fingers use the medicine.
