NO.. Participating in Ebay requires agreeing to a legal document which you CANNOT do till age 18

You cant have an ebay account because of the fact the paypal fee scheme they use calls which you are able to be a minimum of 18 years of age, as for different on line shops, i dont see why not see you later because of the fact the article isn't unlawful, assuming which you have a visa electron or visa debit or comparable because of the fact common financial business enterprise enjoying cards dont paintings.
