In the US, your qualifications affect your employment more so than race. You do not have to be African-American to play basketball in the NBA, you need talent. The same for every sector of the economy.

    Your premise:

"people from different recial group are unemployable in certain sector of the economy and not in others"

    Your proof:

    Nothing.

What a waste of brain cells.

    Race Schemas and Phenotype

Why is it that people are so obsessed with relative phenotypes?

Some people believe that all people are naturally inclined to racism, and this is a reasonable hypothesis in my opinion so long as it can be shown that the term racism is referring to ethnocentrism or ethnocentric intolerance, not necessarily to a race schema.

Typical race schemas are based on arbitrary points of similarity and dissimilarity in visible phenotype. There are also race schemas based on culturally acquired ethnicity, e.g., native language or religious affiliation. Some race schemas are a combination of both. In any case, they are all ultimately ill-conceived and of no biological significance.

Personally I think there is ample evidence that we are born with minds prone to group identity, conformity, approval seeking, and to modeling behaviors we observe in others. This probably is a result of natural selection starting with our hominid ancestors who were compelled to learn quickly how to survive from members of the group into which they were born. Those that did had a much greater chance of reproducing and passing on genes for this sort of cognition. Those that did not perished.

One of those behaviors was almost certainly distrust of non-group competitors.

Despite the success of that strategy for our distant ancestors much more information about the real world is available today that is far more relevant to determining whether or not there exists race and whether or not ethnocentrism is a wise choice.

Since the discovery of the molecular basis of inheritance it has been shown that human beings are all the same species.
