The only thing that has changed is he isn't attempting to manage players who act like spoilt children...drogba, cech, terry and lampard. Some say those 4 have had a few managers sacked due to their power at the club. They were the leaders and the rest of the squad followed them. Thankfully next season only terry and cech will be left of that 4, those guys are complete @ssholes and even refused to shake hands with AVB when he got sacked. Those guys didn't have any respect for him. Probably because he was younger than some of his own players (some players don't like working for people younger than them) and he had no playing experience.
AVB has always been a brilliant manager and I can see him managing a team like Juve or real Madrid one day, very promising and I'm glad his Chelsea reign didn't ruin his confidence as a manager.

Last night before the game they showed his statistic at Chelsea last season, as he was sacked a year ago, and he has only won one more game with Spurs, so I think he was badly treated at Chelsea, but I think it taught him a valuable lesson in management, and that is win your dressing room before you win points.
