Has B12 Injections worked for you? How much did you loose?

Has B12 injections work for you? How much did you loose and did you combine that with fitness and eating right?

I have set up an appointment Friday for my first Injection and appetite suppressant. I do have a past with being anemia and almost had to have blood transfusions with my second and third child birth. I have also struggled a lot with not much energy or motivation and have been check for everything under the moon and have no sign sof anything besides anemia. If I take anemia pills I become constipated a lot. Does B12 cause constipation?

Thank you for your answers.

Well, since I have been diagnosed with pernicious anemia (not sure why, no risk factors), I finally agreed to them. Within 24 hours, felt noticeable improvement, but they did not, in any way, contribute to weight loss, only to well being, and actually a bit of weight gain.

Don't fall for the fad trends. I really delayed getting B12 because it was "trendy" for so long, but the lab numbers finally convinced me to try it.

B12 contributes absolutely nothing to weight loss. I wonder what quack clinic you are attending if someone is prepared to give you such daft and potentially dangerous medication?

Unfortunately the vast majority of people who are desperate to lose weight and say they will do anything, actually mean try any fad diet or swallow any dubious pill, as long as they are not expected to get off the couch. Result? They are doomed to remain fat!
