Trying to recall book title?
I'm trying to recall the title of a mystery I read about 15 years ago. It took place in the then near future. The super-rich had carved a new state out of parts of several western states, a kind of statewide gated community, and a serial killer was loose inside. Can anybody help me? Thanks!
