Strange feeling after vivid dream?

I'm a 15 year old boy and this morning, I didn't feel so good. Last night I had a really vivid dream but it was a good dream. But when I woke up, I felt like apart of me was still dreaming in that dream. It's hard to explain but that's the best way I can describe it. You know when you have a nap during the day and you get a dream while sleeping and when you wake up you feel sick and your kind of caught in the dream you had? It's the same thing but I had it from a normal sleep. This happens to me at least once a month. It started when I started taking cipralex 10 mg because of my anxiety disorder and since then I've had these. They make me panic and the feeling can last until 8 at night :( I'm really scared, does anyone know what thesis? Please help?! :(
