Strange feeling after vivid dream?

I'm a 15 year old boy and this morning, I didn't feel so good. Last night I had a really vivid dream but it was a good dream. But when I woke up, I felt like apart of me was still dreaming in that dream. It's hard to explain but that's the best way I can describe it. You know when you have a nap during the day and you get a dream while sleeping and when you wake up you feel sick and your kind of caught in the dream you had? It's the same thing but I had it from a normal sleep. This happens to me at least once a month. It started when I started taking cipralex 10 mg because of my anxiety disorder and since then I've had these. It says vivid dreams is a side effect but they don't mention the feeling after waking up. They make me panic and the feeling can last until 8 at night :( I'm really scared, does anyone know what thesis? Please help?! :(

Sounds a bit like lucid dreaming. See if you can influence the dream, make a plan before you go to sleep. If you think about what you want to dream about it may happen. Probably the medication triggering it. If it gets too troubling, you can always ask for something different.
