How long does my hair need to be to cut it for cancer?
My moms side of the family the girls get it lots and my neighbor is doing chemo and I being 14 want to do something I can I want to cut my hair it's just above my shoulders.
I am getting my hair cut no matter what but should I shave my hair or just cut it for cancer.

I cut off 10inches one time

If you are talking about donating your hair for wig making you need to make a ponytail with the hair tied top and bottom BEFORE cutting it and it needs to be a minimum of 10 inches between the ties.
If you are talking about shaving it, unless you are raising lots of money ($thousands) it is pretty pointless.
If you are thinking it is being supportive in some way, many cancer patients find it the exact opposite and some even find it offensive so check first.
