i have windows vista Desktop I need wireless for it do i need to get a driver or can i get a disk at walmart?

You need a device called a "router" that acts like a transmitter for the wireless (or wifi), then in your computer you need a receiver (referred to as an Ethernet card) or even a small receiving device that plugs into the USB port. You can buy both the router (transmitter) as well as the receiver from WalMart or most any other store that sells computer products. Belkins is one brand to look for; another brand you might consider is Linksys. These days, quality is high no matter which brand you choose, so just do a google search on wireless routers and decide which one you prefer based on what you read.

Oh, by the way, the units should come with the necessary drivers on a CD Rom that comes with the unit, since you cannot download a wifi driver before the wifi is installed (*grin*) ;-}
