is Oscar Pistorius guilty or innocent?
I'm so sick of peoples jokes about him, which i haven't already heard about 100 times each.
I pray to God he's innocent, and if he is, let the judge find him innocent.
He said that when he woke up reeva was next to him sleeping, so when he went out to the balcony to bring in the fan, that's probably when reeva went to the toilet without him realising. So when he heard noises his first instinct was that it was a bugler. He shot as he felt vunerable. He used the bat to break down the door. Why else would he try to revive her? and if he did it on purpose, wouldn't he have used gloves to avoid fingerprints? and he also had a memorial service for her this week.
I KNOW I'M BEING BIASED.
I will always love and support Oscar. I hope he's innocent . RIP Reeva xx
oh i mean innocent of premeditated murder* not innocent of shooting, he admitted shooting her.
Innocent until proven guilty guysss lol.

If it is true that her skull was crushed and the first shot fired in the bedroom, there is no way he can be innocent. And why did she have two mobile phones in the bathroom? Did she grab them and lock herself up because she wanted to call help?
What would you think of the case if the suspect was black and poor? Don't let his fame blind you to a man's character.

Of course he's guilty. Even if he truly thought burglars were hiding in his toilet, to shoot at them through a closed door when they could have been of no possible threat is criminal. To claim that he is yelling suddenly at his girlfriend to call the police when she is 10 feet in front and seemingly deaf and mute is ridiculous. To claim he is concerned about her safety and he doesn't even notice where she is can be nothing else than a shameless lie. And every time he is beyond called to account for these lies, he retreats to the usual "I don't know." And all along he retches and breaks down as the slain woman's mother sits stoic and dignified.

He's obviously Guilty of something, if at least some level of recklessness (stupidity?), and it's not the only incident where he acts like this. On the previous ones, people around him and himself were lucky to escape unharmed. Whether he's guilty of premeditated murder, I can't make my mind up... and it's not for us to decide anyway.

It doesn't matter what I think of Pistorius' guilt or innoncence. I haven't investigated the case and know nothing about South African jurisprudence. And, with all due respect, it doesn't matter what you think.
All that matters is what the South African courts decide.

Matthew 10:28
And do not be afraid of those who can kill the body but cannot kill the soul; rather, be afraid of the one who can destroy both soul and body in Hell.
