My samsung galaxy s3 is on something called safe mode?

What do I do? I tried restarting it but it does not work

    switch off and take out the battry for almost 15 minut .. and also try to restarting it

    Shut it off, take out the battery for 10 minutes.

    Don't worry, it's serving as a condom. Samsung did this to make sure that robots dont take over the planet. this basically stops reproduction sexually.
