how to get my title fixed?
the orginal owners of the car sold the car to its 2nd owner this guy never had the title put into his name and got it transfered he got tired of the car and sold it to my friend he got tired of it and i bought it neither the 2nd owner nor my friend have had the title transfered into there names but the title i have is marked and notorized as sold to the 2nd owner is there anyway i can get this fixed without finding the 2nd owner? trust me i tried he moved from the adress posted on the title and the people a the adress no nothing about him so what can i do?

well, if 2nd owner never register or put it into his name then the car is still in the first owners name. your only choice is to contact the first owner and see if they will resign the title to you. if you can't then your SOL. first rule of buying a car from a person never pay for anything until you see a clean and clear title in the name of the person you buying it from.
