Switchable graphics not doing anything for Minecraft?
I have a Dell inspiron 15r Special Edition laptop with an AMD Radeon HD 7730M graphics card in it and an intel 3210 cpu. When I try to switch the graphics to run Minecraft in high performance I get no performance boost and it's really annoying because this works for pretty much every other game. What I'm assuming the game isn't even detecting my graphics card and is only working off the intel HD 4000 graphics. Please help!!

In your computers BIOS settings there should be a setting to have the dedicated graphics card run all the time. Switch to that and you should be set to go.

confusing one to incredibly say because of fact the portraits may be shared and not a seperate card. attempt making particular you place the workstation in overall performance mode and not capacity saving, replace the drivers in case you may might help, clean out any crap like internet archives cookies etc, do a device defrag and any device wellness upkeep you're able to do to get it as healthful as you may. you need to attempt a programme like sisoft sandraor track up utilities and see if it provide you any overall performance recommendations after scanning,
