is it illegal for me to recored my own arrest as evidence?

i have been arrested a few times bench warrants for failure to pay tickets disturbing the peace stupid stuff yet every time i get arrested i get neglected the reading of my miranda rights pretty much the last 4 times i have been arrested and taken to jail they never once read my right's or asked if i wanted them read even if they didnt read them i couldnt prove that unless i had video or audio evidence or both! so i think next time i get arrested im going to make sure im recording it!

It is not illegal to record a person working for the government.

However, it would be an even smarter idea if "next time" you don't get arrested.

No its not illegal, but you have to remember you've been is trouble before, and its always their word against yours. I'd maybe try staying out of trouble. Cops can be very dirty.

no it is not, however if you find that the Miranda rights were violated, it only cancels what you said while being arrested.
