Children and babies sometimes populate our dreams, or even younger versions of ourselves. Sometimes child characters in our dreams may represent emotional immaturity. These characters might be younger versions of someone we are close to, or involved with in a matter of importance, or ourselves. A child or baby personality within a dream may also symbolize vulnerability. We may dream of a younger version of ourselves or someone we are close to in a particular situation. Another possible meaning for young dream characters is as symbols for innocence. The circumstances and environment within the dream can point to the area of your life this is addressing. Sometimes dreams can encourage us to lighten up or work in a more or less playful way, by including younger versions of our family, friends, or selves. Often when I start new projects, I dream of young children or babies. Personally, these characters seem to represent the beginnings of creative endeavors for me. The overall feeling in these dreams is usually enthusiasm. It seems our dreams of children or babies are sometimes meant to encourage us of the rightness of changing directions or starting anew in our lives.

The repetitive patterns in your dream reveal some of the most valuable information about yourself. It may point to a conflict, situation or matter in your waking life that remains unresolved or unsettled. Some urgent underlying message in your unconscious is demanding to be understood.

Recurring dreams are quite simply your mind trying to get you to pay attention to something important! They hammer away with the same message over and over again - often for years, trying to get you to take notice. They are often the dreams that affect us and confuse us the most, as well as being exceptionally vivid. You can experience intense release, relief, calmness, clarity and peace once you have understood the message. Your life will change because something inside has moved on. Once you have understood what your recurring dream is telling you, you will find you do not have it again.

It basically foretells that you will make mighty efforts to recall lost opportunities, but will nevertheless fail. I suggest purchasing the book, "10,000 Dreams Interpreted," by Hindman Miller.

By the way, I personally don't believe in this dream stuff anyway, but that is what the expert suggests. I wouldn't worry about it if I were were you, Good luck.
