It is so dry here, even I am scratching. I can do something about it, but my Red Border Collie mix mutt is constantly scratching. Is there something I can give her, like a supplement, to help her with her dry skin?

Increase her daily intake of omega 3's and 6's. salmon oil is an easy option. You could also include a supplement by hilton herbs called "Top Coat". It's helps detoxify the liver and in turn helps support a normal healthy skin & coat. You'd probably have to order online. Works great!

You can also try increasing the digestibility of her food. Try mixing raw food in or incorporate can food. It will make a huge difference.

Try a gentle exfoliating scrub. This will remove all of the dead, dry skin off your face. Then slap on the moisturiser and it will soon improve.
