If your council house has woodworm, will they relocate you?

Okay so an insulator man came round a few weeks ago to measure the lofts so he could order the insulating stuff, but when he was up there he discovered that there was woodworm that needed to be treated first.

If there turned out to be too much or something, what are the chances of them moving us to a different home and how much choice would we have on where to go?

They will probably just treat it and replace any affected area, we had woodworms on our staircase and council just replaced it, the only time they move you is if the property is giving you health issues.
