  • How good (or bad) is Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Reconstructor?

I got some yesterday, haven't used it yet but I was just wondering if it works, what it does, etc.

  • How should I have my hair for tomorrow's job interview?

I've narrowed it down to two options, option one is straightening it and putting my fringe out of my face with a hair slide, and option two is putting it up in a sort of 'messy bun/bow' type thing.. I'll be wearing black trousers, a black blouse with silver buttons and black ballet pumps with tiny silver studs/dots on the tip.

The interview is for New Look and I'm 17. Also, my hair is just below shoulder length

  • Which nail varnish should I wear to my New Look interview?

I'll be wearing black trousers, a black blouse with silver buttons and black ballet pumps with tiny silver studs/dots on the tip.

Should I wear nude nail varnish, silver, or black maybe..?

It's a group interview so I won't be the main focus obviously but I want to look the part, especially seeing as it's my first ever interview!

  • Lightening hair with lemon juice. Tips?

I've heard that you can use lemon juice to lighten your hair but how good or bad for your hair is this, and does it even work?

I've dyed my hair far too many times so my hair is now pretty dead. It hasn't grown in roughly 2 years because of that so I don't want to risk my hair completely falling out or something by dying it blonder with actual hair dye.

Also, how much lemon juice, how often, when will I start to see a difference, and how long will it last?

  • (Female) home exercises to lose weight from my tummy?

I know there are sit ups, plank etc. (the well known ones) but are there any not-so 'famous' exercises to get rid of tummy fat quickly? I have an exercise ball but no other equipment.

  • Arm exercises to get rid of 'bingo wings'?

I don't really have bingo wings (I'm only 17), I just want that part of my arm to be a bit thinner.

What HOME exercises would help me achieve this?

I have an exercise ball but no other equipment. I can use make shift weights with bottles of water or something if necessary?

  • Am I missing any home exercises out?

Okay so I've recently come to the realisation that I've put on weight and feel very insecure about it, so I've taken up exercise and will eventually (when I'm a little fitter and the weather improves) start jogging/running.

I have a big list of exercises that I already do but I'd like to know if there are any more, especially good ones that will burn off this chub fast!

    My list:

    Legs-

Heel pulse, single leg raise, froggers, sideways scissors, inner thigh sculptor, saddlebag buster, catwalk pins, mountain climbers, leg raises, jumping jacks, squats, squat jumps, alternate lunges, burpees, calf raises, wall sit, sumo squats, high knees, bicycles, front kicks, squat with ball, the single leg circle, plie

    Abs-

Crunches, sit ups, plank on elbows/hands, russian twists, reverse crunches, bicycle crunches

    Arms-

Tricep dips, push ups, small arm circles.

I have an exercise ball but no other equipment, nor can I afford to get any as I'm only 17, so any lone-exercises or ones using the ball only please!

  • If your council house has woodworm, will they relocate you?

Okay so an insulator man came round a few weeks ago to measure the lofts so he could order the insulating stuff, but when he was up there he discovered that there was woodworm that needed to be treated first.

If there turned out to be too much or something, what are the chances of them moving us to a different home and how much choice would we have on where to go?

  • Will this eggless cake recipe work?

I've looked up a lot of recipes and I finally found this one which has ingredients that I can access, but will it work?

    1 cup Milk

    1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

1 1/4 cups All Purpose Flour

    1 cup sugar

    2 tablespoons Cocoa powder

    1/2 teaspoon Baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

    1/2 teaspoon Salt

    1/3 cup Oil

I was hoping for a plain cake, NOT chocolate. To do this, do I just take it out or do I replace it with the same amount of flour or something?

I also don't have any apple cider vinegar, so would normal vinegar work the same or not? (If not, what could I use instead?)

  • Can't sign into hotmail on Opera Mini on my phone today?

Opera Mini is my internet and I've always been able to go on my emails but today it won't let me.

Whenever I click on the bookmark, it says

"We couldn't sign you in. Please try clearing the cookies on your phone's web browser, and then sign in again at http://m.mail.live.com."/

I've cleared my cookies, history, cache, and passwords but it still says the same thing.

Has this happened to anyone else/does anyone know or have an idea on how to solve my problem?

  • What to get my boyfriend for our first Valentine's day together?

This Valentine's day, I will have been with my boyfriend for 11 months (we're both 17) but I don't really know what to get him. I'll obviously get him a card, and I'll find some nice chocolates somewhere but I want to get him something else. Unfortunately, money IS an issue, so it can't be anything over the top, but I just don't want to get him something he would really be expecting? He's not into many specific things so he's not the easiest to buy for in that sense. Any ideas?

  • Thinking about dying my hair with soy sauce and vinegar?

Okay so I've dyed my hair way too many times and it's now terrible. I've decided not to dye it any more because I'm afraid my hair will fall out or something, but it's such an awkward colour right now, and looks a horrid ginger colour half of the time, and just really dull the rest of the time.

I recently discovered that you can darken your hair by 'dying' it with soy sauce and vinegar but would like some advice on whether or not this is just as bad as dying it with actual dye from a box.

Also, if anyone has tried the soy sauce and vinegar method, how did it work out for you?

    Thank you in advance.

  • How to defrost *cooked* chicken pieces?

I have a tub of cooked chicken pieces in the freezer, would it be safe to defrost it in the microwave or should it be left on the kitchen worktop to defrost itself?

If it's safe to defrost in the microwave, how should I do it? How long for?
