Universal Healthcare is the way to go, everyone pays, everyone is covered. No more free rides.

I think anyone who tries to put paying for health care out as an "eithre/or" choice is deliberately misrepresenting the issue. Some forms of health care MUST have a public component -- control of infectious diseases, fo rexample.
The rational aporach is to look at specific issues and people and make policy that combines public and private funding and health care.
Any other choice is based on ideology, not facts.

The problem is when someone else is paying the bill every part is public. Someone else controls it.
