judge a person's height & weight?
When needing to call in the description of, say for example, a fleeing suspect, how well can you judge their height & weight?
As officers in training, do they line up persons and have you learn how to accurately judge heights & weights?
In this video of the Brevard County, FL's Sheriff's Dept. on "COPS", http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLCUXs8q_Bo , what would you list the height & weight of the following officers?

If such common knowledge, please list the heights & weights of those listed? =]
~maybe base it starting with the height of the cruiser for Deputy Lee. THen compare his height to those standing next to him to get theirs? =]

Experience and training. Somehow I find I'm now able to guess a person's height to an inch.

its common math and geometry its not something you learn as a cop its something you learn when you are in school majority of peoples can tell how tall and big someone is when they know the difference between the look in heights and weights and how to use objects near someone to tell how tall they are,
ex. if a stop sign is 7 feet tall and someone standing next to it is next to it and the top of their head is touching the bottom of the sign then most likely they are around 5ft 5inches and 5ft 8 inches.
its basic common knowledge.
