What are the best sites to find avatars suitable for forums,etc?

I'm trying to find websites where you can get free avatars for forums,etc.What websites can you recommend?

    I use google image search. Just make sure there isnt any special copyright restriction on the images.

    With the advanced search you can specify an image size and primary color.
