are sex chromosomes found only in the cells in the gonads (the ovaries and testes)?

    Each and every cell has those. But each gonad has half of sex chromosomes for a normal human cell. It may be X or Y

    No. All chromosomes are in every cell.

    No, each and every cell of our body (except RBCs) contain all the genetic information in form of 46 chromosomes.

    No, sex chromosomes, like ALL chromosomes of the human are found in EVERY NUCLEATED cell in the human body.
