How do I insert a look up box inside of a form in MS Access?

I have a form that I use to complete a mail merge of a single document and then store the raw data in tables. One of the fields is a part number code and another field is the part description. How do I insert the table lookup for the part number so that the user enters the part number code and the description pops up, but also gets written to the data table? It seems like I have to link the field to 2 different tables, and Access doesn't allow that.

I can write VBA code to load stuff if I have to, but I'd rather let Access do it.
