How do I crop a picture to fit screen in MS Paint?

Question

Okay I don't if the title is right but basically I created a meme to post on FB. I print screened that photo and cropped it in ms paint. Everything's alright so far, the problem is when I saw the picture and open it, the meme appears on the top left hand corner as a small picture while the rest of the screen is white. I obviously can't stretch the meme out that big cause it's small and will be pixelated if I do.

If you are using MS Paint, then in the very lower left hand corner of the canvas, there is a handle you can grab.  Click and drag that all the way up to the edge of your image.

Do you have the original photo and know what size you want it? The image must keep its aspect ratio (width to height) to prevent distortion. Would take only a minute or two to crop it.
