Is this anxiety? Depression?
I'm not sure what this is, randomly I will feel very artificial, and my heart will beat fast. I'm 16, and this has been going on for a while now. I'm afraid to go to the doctor because all they have done before is prescribe medication. Please help, because this frightens me, and it makes my life very limited and everything. Also, I have been feeling depressed lately. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Just, what should I do? How do I heal that feeling of fakeness?

It sounds like your anxiety is a symptom of your depression. Sometimes just taking to someone may help. Try a psychologist because they dont prescribe med's. It does and will get better. I went to a Therapist and it has helped me so much.
