My best guess is that you are about to encounter something you will have to do by yourself, something that will be emotionally painful

We have this thing where I'm from they say if you have a dream about falling off of something or anything it means that your growing . Measure yourself before bed or every morning see how much you've grown . Maybe it's a sign of something that'll happen soon ? Hope I helped (:

To be honest no one can know for sure but you. In dreams it's your conscious that decides on the dream you have. so the only real way to know is to practice something called lucid dreaming which is hard to achieve. It allows you to interact with objects knowingly in the dream.
