How to tell who's connected to your router?

I'm looking to see how I can tell which MAC addresses are connected to my router at a given moment. Specifically concerning Sky Broadband routers (UK), can anybody tell me how to access a list of clients?

    Open your browser and enter the IP Address of your Sky Hub (192.168.0.1)

    Click on the 'Wireless' tab. At this point you may be asked to enter router's username and password details. The defaults are:

    username: admin

    password: sky (unless you have changed this)

    Please note: Both of these should be entered using lowercase letters only.

    Choose Wireless station access list
