An RA just busted me and my friends for drknking in our dorm?
So I just had a couple friends visit for the weekend, and an RA just knocked on our door before quiet hours (12 on weekends) and found us caught drinking. We are all underage and living in dorms, but we were just in our room and I dont think they had any good reason to knock and enter our room for no reason. How much trouble could we get into for this? And do we have good cause to fight this violation?

i used to be an RA, and if you cooperated and the police were not called, then all we made you do was go talk to the hall director and write a 1/2 page paper on what your life goals are.
as far as a good reason the RA had to knock and enter your room, when you live in a dorm you probably had to sign a housing agreement that you probably just signed and didnt read, hahah, well basically the RA is allowed to enter your room...
you dont have any good cause to fight the violation.. and as i said, as long as the police were not called its really no big deal so you're fine

Depends if te police came on to give you breathalyzers or not. If it was just your RA writing you up then you will probably
